* Do we share the transfer service with other passengers?
No. We only offer private transfers, which means that the contracted service is exclusive for a single reservation.
* I have not yet received the confirmed reservation email. That I have to do?
On certain occasions it may happen that your mail server confuses our e-mails as spam and you do not see them, if you have checked your spam and it is not there, send us an e-mail to reservas@transfersoller.com so that we can send you a copy of the reservation.
* What happens if my flight is delayed?
If your flight is delayed, don't worry, we will send you the vehicle once your flight has landed, for this it will be necessary to notify us at the customer service telephone number. In addition, you will need to contact us if your flight has been canceled so that we can find out which flight you have been assigned to.
