TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRANSPORTATION

SOLLERAEROPUERTO SL is a company registered in Palma de Mallorca and its Tax Identification Number C.I.F. B10590602, with address and street address CRTA PUIG MAJOR N 7, SOLLER (07100)
SOLLERAEROPUERTO SL provides transportation management services for both individuals and groups.
1. REQUEST FOR RESERVE TRANSFER SOLLER
1.1 If the baggage or number of passengers exceeds the capacity of the contracted vehicle, the customer must pay the difference for a larger vehicle.
1.2 If the client does not accept the payment of said vehicle, Transfer Soller may cancel his reservation without the right to compensation for breach of contract and may request damages.
2. CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER
Any cancellation of reservation must be made by email to reservas@transfersoller.com indicating the reservation code.
In case of receiving your request for cancellation more than 12 hours before the start of the first or only section you wish to cancel, you will be reimbursed the full amount of your transfer.
In case of receiving your request for cancellation less than 12 hours before the start of the first or only section you wish to cancel, you will be reimbursed 50% of the total amount of your transfer.
No amount will be refunded if the cancellation occurs less than 4 hours before the scheduled time for the transfer service you wish to cancel.
The date and time of receipt of the email will determine the term of the request.
3. CHANGES IN THE RESERVATION BY THE CUSTOMER
Any request to modify the reservation must be made 24 hours in advance by email to reservas@transfersoller.com indicating the reservation code.
Late requests will be checked if there is availability for the changes you request.
However, these changes can not be modified after 24 hours of service.
4. POINT OF MEETING AND WAITING TIMES
At the airport or place of accommodation, the customer must present the paper or mobile phone reservation voucher to the driver or, where appropriate, the reservation number assigned to the client to avoid any confusion.
At the airport, the meeting point of the terminal is the place where the driver will wait for the client. If the client, for any reason, does not locate the driver or the meeting point, they must contact the emergency telephone number assigned in their reservation, which will be available 24 hours a day in order to locate it.
At the airport, if the client does not locate the driver at the meeting point and does not want to wait and leaves with another vehicle, the reserve section will not have the right to return and we will give the service as “Not presented” at 60 minutes. Standby
In the departures to the Airport Transfer soller reserves the right of a margin of 20 minutes over the schedule indicated in the reservation for the following cases: traffic withholdings due to accidents, cuts or detours due to parties or sporting events, technical or mechanical problems of the vehicle or police controls.
In the place of accommodation, the meeting point will be the address or name of the establishment indicated by the client in the reservation, if the address is not clear or is subject to confusion the service may have delay because the client does not correctly indicate the place of collection.
At the place of accommodation, the courtesy waiting time will be 15 minutes over the scheduled time by the client, once the courtesy time has passed the vehicle will leave and we will give the service as not presented.
At the place of accommodation if the customer retains the vehicle for reasons unrelated to us and exceeds the waiting time of courtesy, Transfer soller may bill the customer the waiting time according to the stipulated waiting prices in the official rates.
To avoid unnecessary costs, it is the customer’s obligation to be punctual at the time indicated in the reservation.
5. WAITING TIMES OR DELAYS.
At the airport delayed flights do not imply any price increase after your reservation or waiting times. The vehicle will be sent to the meeting point once the flight has landed.
The maximum waiting time at the Palma de Mallorca airport is 60 minutes once the flight is landed, we recommend that, if you have problems at the airport with customs, baggage or any other reason, contact the emergency telephone number assigned in your Reserve so that we do not give your reservation as “Not presented” and we can wait for you.
Once the client is presented at the meeting point, they should go directly to the vehicle, if the client retains the driver for any management other than the one they have hired. Transfer soller may apply an amount for waiting time.
At the place of accommodation, the maximum waiting time will be 15 minutes on the pick-up time.
The client contracts the vehicle from the Palma de Mallorca airport to the place of destination or vice versa directly, if the client has to make a stop in the journey of more than 10 minutes in a shopping center, gas station, key collection, or extra ticket , an extra cost may apply.
The amount of waiting times is € 40 for each extra hour that has exceeded the time of courtesy, the minimum amount of billing time is one hour.
6. BABY CHAIRS AND ELEVATORS
Minor children are considered as a passenger regardless of their age. Transfer soller will include the child seats or elevators requested in the reservation.
We reserve the right not to include any part or part of seat or elevator if for some reason of incidence can not be provided to the customer for last minute change of vehicle or some type of major incident, we do not accept any responsibility or claim for not including force majeure child restraint devices requested at the time of reservation. In the case of having billed any amount for the seats, these will be paid in the same form of payment.
